Overview: In response to continued bans and advertising restrictions across Meta platforms, Spearmint Rhino Corporation sought to build a proprietary digital platform that would allow adult entertainers to monetize directly through subscriptions, while also giving the company more control over brand messaging and customer data.

Strategy:

  • Developed the platform concept with dual goals: recurring revenue and creator empowerment.

  • Used JotForm + Zapier to build user funnels and connect submission data to segmented flows in Klaviyo.

  • Launched a branded Shopify front-end to handle payment processing and subscriptions.
